AIM Coaching is a workflow application that automates, measures, and monitors the overall coaching process. Using AIM Coaching, managers can assign coaching sessions to team members based on required performance improvements against one or more selected KPIs. The session is then sched­uled and a series of proactive alerts are triggered as reminders. At the appropriate time, the employee is directed to the learning and education materials designated by his or her manager to drive improvement against the chosen KPI. AIM Coaching also provides comprehensive reporting and analytics that allow you to monitor session completion, measure coaching effectiveness, and perform other ad hoc analysis.
