Cash is the most common way to encourage employees to deliver on revenue, service and efficiency targets. AIM Compensation allows your contact center employees to view and track their current level of incentive-based pay through reports or performance scorecards, quickly and easily.

AIM Compensation integrates data from enterprise applications, such as HR and Order Management, with contact center systems. This allows managers and agents to have direct visibility into performance-based incentives, driven either by fiscal measures such as revenue achieved or by targets against operational metrics, such as average handle time or first call resolution. Unifying this capability with other AIM Performance applications, such as AIM Rewards, provides an integrated and comprehensive system to manage and optimize both commission- and non-commission-based incentives
