By integrating human workflow with your operational data and KPIs, your employees share the process, compare performance through a single view of metrics, and interchange comments and feedback. Data from the review process is captured in a centralized database and linked with existing HR systems and processes. AIM Performance Review also includes built-in reports that let you measure compliance with and effectiveness of the overall review process.
