Once implemented, team leaders and agents can view detailed information about reward programs and monitor their own performance to date. Each individual can then redeem award points for actual gifts via in-house or third-party programs or catalogs. Moreover, AIM Rewards is completely integrated with AIM Scorecards and AIM Performance Review, providing full visibility into the impact of all incentive programs.
