AIM Scorecards display key performance indicators (KPIs) calculated directly from statistics produced by your ACD, Workforce Management, Quality, Order Management or other operational systems, and present this information in a graphical manner optimized for agents and managers. Through integration with AIM’s industry-leading analytics and reporting capabilities, managers and analysts can also evaluate and report on any metric from their role-based view to get a better understanding of the root causes of actual performance, whether deficient or outstanding in nature.
