AIM Workflow serves as the foundation for AIM Performance applications or can be used in conjunction with the AIM Professional Services organization to build custom, process-based applications. The workflow is a set of software capabilities that automates the interaction between your agents, team leaders and other managers. It links on-line “e-Forms” using business rules, and integrates these forms with the underlying AIM Performance Data Mart. As a result, each step of your process reads and records data using sophisticated, XML-based data interchange, ensuring a consistent master record of all interactions.

AIM Workflow is 100% integrated with other AIM Performance technology capabilities such as analytics, reporting and system data. This enables you to drive real-time visibility and analysis into any AIM Performance process and ensures that process-driven events, such as scheduled performance reviews or coaching sessions are seamlessly integrated with scorecards, employee schedules, reporting structures, and performance reports.
